Shipping Policy:

Shipping Costs: For orders of three or more Products within the Netherlands, shipping is free. In all other cases, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs. We will always provide you with the total price, including any delivery charges, before you finalize your order.

Payment Methods: Payment must be made using one of the methods specified by Electric Black, at the time indicated by us. If you choose advance payment, we will proceed with the delivery once we receive your payment.

Payment Terms: Make payments without suspensions or offsets, unless Consumer protection laws state otherwise.

Invoicing: We will send invoices exclusively via email for your convenience.

Default and Due Payments: If circumstances like company liquidation, bankruptcy, or asset limitations apply to you, outstanding claims are immediately due and payable.

Late Payment Interest: Default incurs a 2% monthly interest rate, or the legal rate if you are a Consumer.

Collection Costs: Any reasonable costs, including legal, extrajudicial, and execution expenses incurred for collecting owed amounts, will be borne by you.
