Refund policy

Refund Policy:

1. Right to Return: You have a 14-day window, starting from the day you receive your Products, to cancel your Distance Agreement with Electric Black. No questions asked.

2. Exceptions: Please note that some items, due to hygiene or seal breakage, are non-returnable. These exceptions are clearly mentioned in the product offer.

3. Request a Return: To start a return process, you can either email us or use the provided withdrawal form.

4. Handling Products: During the 14-day return period, please handle the Products with care, similar to how you would treat them in a physical store.

5. Return Condition: When returning Products, make sure they are in their original condition, complete with accessories, and in their original packaging. The cost and risk of return shipping are your responsibility.

6. Depreciation Charges: If there is any diminished value due to excessive handling, we may charge you for it.

7. Return Deadline: Your return should reach us within 14 days from the day you notify us of your intent to cancel.

8. Return Costs: Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

9. Refund Process: We will refund your payment, deducting any depreciation, within 14 days of receiving the returned Products or proof of shipment.
